Yoga is a physical and spiritual practice that teaches us to harmonize the development of body, mind and spirit.
Yoga offers great capacity to enhance our health. Regular practice leads to such physical benefits as
increased strength, flexibility, balance, and improved functioning of the skeletal, respiratory, circulatory, nervous, digestive and hormonal systems.
Spiritual benefits include clearing and calming our minds, opening our hearts, discovering a sense of peace and harmony with our environments and communities.
