      Yoga is a physical and spiritual practice that teaches us to harmonize the development of body, mind and spirit.

      Yoga offers great capacity to enhance our health. Regular practice leads to such physical benefits as

      increased strength, flexibility, balance, and improved functioning of the skeletal, respiratory, circulatory, nervous, digestive and hormonal systems. 

      Spiritual benefits include clearing and calming our minds, opening our hearts, discovering a sense of peace and harmony with our environments and communities.


      Come and enjoy the blessings of Yoga at 6:45pm on Wednesdays or at 8:30am on Saturdays.

Expand your physical, mental and spiritual horizons through Maya yoga. Classes are offered Wednesday evenings at 6:45 and Saturday mornings at 8:30 am in Hale Aloha. You will be guided by certified yoga teachers Martha Staff , Maya yoga blends mindfulness, alignment and flow in an accessible and gentle style. Open to all ages, no previous experience required. First class free, subsequent classes are by donation to support CBTS and Angel Network. For further information call 372-1280.
